Position: SALES ASSISTANT
Working in a busy high-street environment
You will be responsible for variety of duties included in the day-to-day running of the store, knowledge of mobile phones and or computers are essential.
You must have the necessary skills to fill the duties and requirements below:

Required duties:

To assist customers in store and online
Ensuring the store is secure and safe at all times for both staff and customers
Ensure that the Company operating standards are maintained
To be punctual and attend as required
To attend to the merchandising, the cleaning and the general presentation of the store
To notify and communicate critical situations to the Store Manager
To deal with customer complaints where possible or ensure smooth escalation process to Store Manager

Position: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
An exciting opportunity in Retail Management. Working in a busy high-street environment
You will be responsible for variety of duties including the day-to-day running of the store, staff training and motivation, merchandising and promotion. A minimum of one year’s managerial experience is required and knowledge of mobile phones and computers is essential.

Stock Taking
Leading, encouraging and motivating your staff

Active management of merchandising, cleanliness and general presentation
