We will reply to you with the best price we can offer for your phone within 24 hours. The offer is valid for 72 hours. If you are happy with our offer then just pop along to our store with your phone. We will need approximately 15 -20 minutes to grade and check the condition of your phone in the mean time you will be asked to provide proof of your identity (see acceptable forms of ID) and confirm that you are legally entitled to sell the phone.

If we are to far away or don’t have the time to visit us don’t worry we can arrange for the phone to be collected by courier you will receive a receipt for your phone from the courier. When we have checked and graded the phone you will be contacted by email to confirm the amount of your payment. If you accept our offer payment is by cheque within 5 working days. If you are not happy with our offer the phone will be returned to you.

Ensure that all sim cards are removed as any sim card left in the phone will automatically be destroyed for data protection.

Assessing the Condition of your phone
When we buy your phone we will asses its condition and grade it A,B,C, or D.

A grade – This means the phone is as new complete in the box with all original accessories and manuals there would be no cosmetic damage to any part of the phone.

B grade - This means the phone is in good working order has a charger but may have some slight cosmetic damage

C grade – This means the phone is in working order but has cosmetic damage

D grade – This means the phone has a fault but may have a value for recycling usually between 20-50% of the grade A value.

Don’t be put off by the grading system we will always strive to be fair when assessing the condition of your phone.

Be aware it is an offence to sell a phone you later cause to be black listed / turned off. (I.e. report to be lost, stolen or where you do not fulfil the terms of your mobile phone contract) our company will prosecute every time.
